About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in driving new customer acquisitions and managing inbound leads to ensure our products are live on giftshop.club.

Responsibilities

Close new prospect customers and manage inbound leads.
Ensure customers' products go live on giftshop.club efficiently.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and product launch.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in sales.
