About the role
We are seeking an experienced and personable Customer Success Manager to ensure our premium customers are delighted with their experience. This role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction, driving upsell opportunities, and acting as the primary point of contact for our top-tier clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all premium customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Upsell customers with new drops, new products, and additional services.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded.
- Monitor customer feedback and work on continuous improvement of our services.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on customer satisfaction and upsell success.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in customer success, communications, or public relations.
- Excellent relational skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
